First Time Car Buyer! I recently leased a Jeep Wrangler Willys Wheeler 17' from Carl Burger! Honestly one of the BEST decisions of my LIFE! As soon as I drove in the dealer I recently leased a Jeep Wrangler Willys Wheeler 17' from Carl Burger! Honestly one of the BEST decisions of my LIFE! As soon as I drove in the dealer (with my old Subaru Outback 09') Rafi Qilo greets me in a super enthusiastic tone and I was immediately hooked! He is honest, super nice, friendly and understanding! Walked me through the whole process. He set up the test drive, showed me the car in detail in and out! I was super stoked! After some hints and tips on how to go about my purchase/lease I was convinced this was going to be a keeper! Showed me the numbers and I liked what I saw (offer wise). Truly amazing what this guys are willing to do just to go the extra mile with ALL their customers! Offered me a great deal on a trade and ended up trading in my old Subie Outback 09'! ALL in ALL, super happy and stoked with the deal! Rafi, Brian H. and Mr. Vidana are THE guys! Rafi even hooked it up with gas and a starbucks coffee! This guys keep it real! Awesome team! Hands down, great service!! Really happy with my new lease!! More

After I purchased a vehicle that was not what I needed, Jack Ford and his boss, Barrett, got me into the correct vehicle with no pain. In the two months I have been working with this dealership I can tell you that I've never had a better customer service experience, ANYWHERE! I would especially like to thank Jack Ford and David Garcia who put up with me for so long. Also Bennett I. FINANCE and Brian in Sales. I will be referring friends and family to your dealership. Excellent Sooo, I just got a new car that I am completely in love with! Only reason I got what I wanted was because Michael from the Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Sooo, I just got a new car that I am completely in love with! Only reason I got what I wanted was because Michael from the Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram World in La Mesa helped me find my puurfect new gem. Of course being me, I had a something in mind already. I wanted my car to have a certain feature/look to it . He was amazing because he actually listened to what I had in mind and he told me if this is what you truly want and have to have then I will do my best to make sure to find it. We went on to test driving the cars to see if I like the feel of driving it. He showed me all the features and he took his time explaining everything to me, he truly made sure I understood everything which I really appreciated. Michael introduced me to his manager Brian who is an extremely sweet guy. He came over got to know me, worked really well around what I wanted and he made sure that overall that I was extremely happy with everything. They both worked together so seamlessly and took great care of me. They were very patient and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The car I ended up wanting was only available in a dealership out in L.A. Without any hesitation he ensured me he would personally bring it down for me the next day. And it is exactly what was done. I received my shiny new car ready for me to drive off with. I liked how they went over every single aspect of the car. Michael went the extra mile and followed up to make sure that I was happy with the car and to see if I had any questions about it. So pretty sure you guys get the picture, you want to actually get taken care of while making a big purchase and have peace of mind go to Michael he’s truly is a sweet soul with a contagious positive attitude. This dealership, however, was totally not your typical place. I was greeted by everyone I walked by! The sales manager, Brian was such a cool, non-pushy sales man. He was genuine and very informative. Brian and my salesman, Jack Ford, were just as excited about my purchase as I was. Jack is an amazing man as well, he's very real. He helped me out a lot, and knew exactly what I wanted before I even told him! Excellent dealership! More
