My experience with this dealership was an A+. While Brian Hall was the salesman of my transaction, Shawna Hargett stepped up to the plate 100% when Mr. Hall was not available. On more than two occasio Brian Hall was the salesman of my transaction, Shawna Hargett stepped up to the plate 100% when Mr. Hall was not available. On more than two occasions, she went above and beyond going over the operation of the various features of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. She was very friendly and was extremely helpful. I had to bring the vehicle back twice and was given a loaner. Lastly, upon pickup of my vehicle, I was unsatisfied with detail work on it. I returned the vehicle and Jeff will get FIVE stars from me on the detail work he did on my vehicle. Needless to say, I am more than satisfied with Walker Ford and will return when I need a different vehicle. I love the one I purchased! More

Came in for oil change and tire rotation on2018 ford escape ,was treated very well by service group. SHOWED THEM PAINT PEELING ON CAR. THEY REFERED ME TO BODY SHOP. WE CAME To a fair agreement and I gave him a deposit. WAITING ON DELIVERY. BRIAN DOES AVERY GOOD JOB FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO DEAL WITH HIM....Now for the bad news Dan whendlling older gentlemen. Was very unprofessional he almost lost you a sale.
