Came in for oil change and tire rotation on2018 ford escape ,was treated very well by service group. SHOWED THEM PAINT PEELING ON CAR. THEY REFERED ME TO BODY SHOP. FOUND A Ford escape sel on order at Walker Ford. WHen 5the VEHICLE WAS CHANGED TO IN TRANSIT..i called Brian Hall. He answered all of my questions. WE CAME To a fair agreement and I gave him a deposit. WAITING ON DELIVERY. BRIAN DOES AVERY GOOD JOB FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO DEAL WITH HIM....Now for the bad news Dan whendlling older gentlemen. Was very unprofessional he almost lost you a sale.
