Buying my new car here was quite an experience! Many of the finance documents seemed to be of a ‘cover their xxx’ variety. When signing them a typical comment was ‘we will help you.if this comes up’ even though the documents tended to indicate they left them off the hook. I do think this is a fine organization - just much too nervous that their limited resources might be overly challenged. More
