Buying my new car here was quite an experience! Let’s be KIND and place the blame for the interminable (over 3 hours) of paperwork and waiting in the sales office and signing many documents later in finance KIND and place the blame for the interminable (over 3 hours) of paperwork and waiting in the sales office and signing many documents later in finance to new government (or their lawyers) requirements! Many of the finance documents seemed to be of a ‘cover their xxx’ variety. When signing them a typical comment was ‘we will help you.if this comes up’ even though the documents tended to indicate they left them off the hook. I do think this is a fine organization - just much too nervous that their limited resources might be overly challenged. More

My experience with this dealership was an A+. While Brian Hall was the salesman of my transaction, Shawna Hargett stepped up to the plate 100% when Mr. Hall was not available. On more than two occasio Brian Hall was the salesman of my transaction, Shawna Hargett stepped up to the plate 100% when Mr. Hall was not available. On more than two occasions, she went above and beyond going over the operation of the various features of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. She was very friendly and was extremely helpful. I had to bring the vehicle back twice and was given a loaner. Lastly, upon pickup of my vehicle, I was unsatisfied with detail work on it. I returned the vehicle and Jeff will get FIVE stars from me on the detail work he did on my vehicle. Needless to say, I am more than satisfied with Walker Ford and will return when I need a different vehicle. I love the one I purchased! More
