He's prompt to reply when we leave messages, he's very friendly anytime we happen to see him. I have recommended 4 people to him so far and will continue. I am a customer service Manager so speaking from experience, Berger, in my opinion has the best Customer Service out there and sells quality vehicles. Also, if there is ever an issue the service department is awesome to deal with quick turn around time and they don't give you the run around. Overall best place to buy a vehicle. More

Normal Maintenance I had my new Trex in for scheduled services & warantee work. I Needed a "retaining clip" replaced on the roof molding. The new one is installed but, I had my new Trex in for scheduled services & warantee work. I Needed a "retaining clip" replaced on the roof molding. The new one is installed but, the replacement is much looser than the original on the opposite side. I intend to bring this to the attention of the service section the next time I'm in or if the strip becomes dislodged sooner. More
