My husben and I whent in to buy a new car on a tight budget. Brian helped us out tramandisly to make it work. Brian went thought the opions to find the right car to meet our specific needs. stopped in looking at a ford explorer and after talking with brian decided to give the Kia Sorento a try both my wife and I really liked it. it was a no pressure type sale. We have purchased 2 Mazdas and 2 Hyundais from Rowe Auburn - all with great satisfaction. When our current 2004 Hyundai reached 160,000 miles, we decided to trade. Scott Stubinski - sales manager for Auburn - all with great satisfaction. When our current 2004 Hyundai reached 160,000 miles, we decided to trade. Scott Stubinski - sales manager for VW/Mazda/Kia was most helpful explaining the differences in several new and used vehicles, and we decided on a very clean low-mileage 2010 VW Jetta TDI. We agreed on the price even before Scott and Brian Kelsea arranged a more-than-fair trade in price for our Hyundai. We are thrilled with the experience and will be back. I have already passed Brian's contact information on to a colleague of mine. On the day of purchase, I was introduced to Charlie Burns who handled all of the paper work via fax with my out-of-town credit union. I was in and out of there within an hour, able to drive the new car home that day. Fantastic in all ways. More

My husband and I came to Rowe Volkswagen looking for a Passat TDI. Two of our neighbors had purchased from Rowe and recommended them to us. We can't say enough about the friendly service and hard work t Passat TDI. Two of our neighbors had purchased from Rowe and recommended them to us. We can't say enough about the friendly service and hard work this dealership and its employees gave to us. We spent several days trying to decide whether to buy a gas model or a TDI model and they were very patient with us and answered our million questions over those days. We never felt the usual pressure to buy but rather a group that was working their hardest to be sure that we were satisfied, happy and comfortable with our purchase. As a result, we walked away with the car we always wanted and couldn't be happier. We would revisit this dealership and work with these people over and over again! More
