I had called ahead and Brian had everything set up I had told him I wanted to see. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about everything. He answered every question and asked me if there was anything else I needed. It was wonderful to feel at ease and no pressure from him. I ended up falling in love with the car and I drove home in it. Brian walked over with me to deal with the finance part of the deal. Charlie was awesome as well. He too was friendly and helpful and a joy to work with. You knocked our socks off with your superior service!!! Well, we spent several months searching for our perfect vehicle, to perfectly fit our budget...many, many nights of research. Many trips to different dealerships on off hours, so we could narrow down our choices. We finally decided to go to Rowe one Saturday and check out a Sorento that definitely had caught our eye! I absolutely dreaded the idea of an intense salesperson. The last thing we wanted was to feel pressured or like our preferences didn't matter. We pulled on to the lot and before my right foot hit the pavement...I looked in the mirror and saw the salesperson coming our way and immediately thought.."oh yeah, here we go already." Well, moments later, Brian Kelsea met us at our car and introduced himself to us. Was I ever mistaken! Because of Brian's awesome personality and demeanor, I quickly forgot about my dreaded moment with a salesperson! That speaks great volume for me! He was so relaxed and personable, but above all, he asked the most important question: "What are YOU looking for in a vehicle?" The only thing that seemed to matter to Brian was what we wanted and needed. His knowledge of KIA was phenomenal!! He impressed us from the moment he said, "Let me show you a few things about this vehicle." He proceeded to open the hatch and from there, he covered every inch of the vehicle, right to underneath the hood...not missing a beat as to what the vehicle had to offer! This man knows his KIA!! Perhaps why he is known as "The Kia Man!"!!! Yes, his business card he handed us said this, so of course, I came home and checked out You Tube and was blown away! He is definitely a professional who knows how to personalize the buying experience!! We took Brian with us for a test drive...and low and behold...he still had more info to offer us in regards to this great vehicle. Next was the big step for us.....the decision on purchasing or not. Brian worked very closely with us and got us the best possible deal and financing and we bought the KIA and have been very pleased! Did I mention that not once did we feel any pressure? Notta! He is great and I would recommend him to any one interested in purchasing a vehicle. Let Brian erase your thoughts of how ALL salespeople are pushy and impersonal!!! Don't Trust I drove 2 hours to test drive and hopefully purchase a newer vehicle. The sales person was nice enough, but I felt very pushed and rushed. When promised "loyalty program rewards" nobody seemed to have a clue. Car ended up being more than what they quoted. 2 weeks after buying the car I found out it had a very strong cigarette smoke residue. I should have gone with the dealer across the street from them that had the same vehicle, but less expensive. I fell for the "certified pre-owned" line! Trust your own instincts. More
