My wife was heading on vacation and Audi Q5 started misfiring. Had car towed to Audi Wyoming valley and dealt with Brian. Gave us a list of problems but, mainly oil leak that was fouling out the plug misfiring. Had car towed to Audi Wyoming valley and dealt with Brian. Gave us a list of problems but, mainly oil leak that was fouling out the plugs. Paid 5k for parts and labor. 2 days after she got home oil light comes on, leak wasn’t fixed.. called and asked for Brian multiple times and he never picked up. My wife and I both left multiple voicemails and never got a call back. Brian took advantage of a women that was traveling a charged us for parts not needed. We are over 5 hours away from Wyoming valley. I would never let them touch anything again. Poor work and after payment they don’t care about you. Now we have to go to a more experienced mechanic to fix the problem that Wyoming valley could not. Would not recommend them to work on anything. More
