My experience with Lenz Auto was very unique in it's own way. I was selling my used 2012 F-150 on craigslist and was contacted by Brian Lenz via e-mail. I was getting very insulting offers, and plenty of scammers trying to purchase my truck, but Brian made a very honest offer. At first, I was skeptical of selling the truck to someone who hadn't seen it, having someone wire money to my bank account, and the delivery of the vehicle. I did some research on Lenz Auto, and decided to accept his terms, and his offer. The day after the initial offer was made, Brian had the money wired to my account. The wire transfer cleared immediately, and I delivered him the vehicle as I promised. Brian was nothing but friendly to me and my father, and I couldnt have asked for a smoother transaction. The reason I write my story is because I know plenty of people probably think it is some sort of scam, as I at first did, but Brian gave me nothing to lose. I didnt have to even consider delivering the truck until we were both aware the money had cleared. There isn't many people willing to buy vehicles like Brian chose to, but I assure you, if contacted by him. you will find no easier way to sell your vehicle. Paperwork, payment, and vehicle pick-up all went without a hitch, and I would glady do business with them again. The whole experience was easy and straight forward. Highly recommend! More

Dealership was busy the day we went. Ann was good to work with, aggressive but not overly pushy. Selection was really good, drove 3 trucks and narrowed it down to those 3. Surprised about lack of negotiation, no haggling on the price which is positive. Price seemed fair but I didn't look around that long to compare many dealerships. Finance was easy and quick which is much better than our previous experience with Ernie Von Schledorn on our Traverse. Overall, very good. I'd buy there again and recommend them. Only thing that would have made it better is if the pickup would have been filled with fuel before we left. More

My wife and I were searching for a truck. We found that Lenz had a ton of options to choose from. Prices seemed much lower than others as well. Lenz Truck was so easy to work with.
