Bought our second used truck from Lenz Trucks in fond do lac, wi. And in 30 days we have jade exhaust fall apart, drivers side wheel bearing go out, and today on the way to my step fathers funeral the right side wheel bearing has gone out. Called the owner and he says it's a used truck it's your problem, but here's a shop close to you if you want to drive there. No, not, gonna, even tow truck driver said do not drive it at all. Would the dealer cover one red cent of the cost?, he'll no. So approx 550.00 with flat bed tow and repairs we are out, but will be back on the road in about 2 hours. We have bought many used cars and trucks over the years and have never had a ,dealer not stand behind the sale. Trust me I will be ranting and more as much as I can to let other know. More

He checked on the truck the next morning and it was still there. He explained what was needed to hold the truck as we lived 6 hours away. We showed up a few days later within 2 hours we were out the door. Small town, down home, just good people. Will be back when the need arises great people, low pressure, very accommodating. First time Experience (Used Truck Purchase) I was working with Brian Lenz about a truck and a trade. On the day I could make it up to the Dealership he was not available. I was concerned that I I was working with Brian Lenz about a truck and a trade. On the day I could make it up to the Dealership he was not available. I was concerned that I would get bounced around and have a problem with the numbers I had worked out with Brian. Marty Krepsky stepped in and made the process seamless. All the numbers were right on, the truck was spotless and all my questions and concerns were handled in a prompt and efficient manner. Marty was patient while I looked over the truck, and didn't pressure me in the slightest to "get the deal done". I was very thankful of that as it gave me all the time I needed to be sure that was the truck I wanted. If the truck I purchased from them performs as well as the whole sales process I will truly be one happy camper. More

From Michigan, I chose a truck from their inventory and arranged to have a 4" lift kit installed with new tires, stepbars, etc. Dan Bergin was top notch in helping me get what I needed for the truck install. Hats off to Dave Reilly and Brian Lenz in their time and effort on making this a smooth and unforgettable experience, as well! From my initial phone call from Michigan to Wisconsin, within 7 days or less, Lenz had my paperwork completed, and the truck lift installed, ready to go, and was delivered to my door on Christmas day!
