I had an issue earlier, I came into the dealership to get the issue resolved. I was met at the front door by the general manager Brian Longacre. He took the time to listen, he didn’t cut me off, and heard wh the issue resolved. I was met at the front door by the general manager Brian Longacre. He explained to me the dynamic of the locking lug nut that I have, and then he apologized for what was told to me. He reassured me that this was not the way that business was done at this dealership and that it would be rapidly taken care of. He stepped in the back to the service department for about five minutes, then came and got my keys and drove my Jeep around the corner and said we’re going to take care of this for you right now. Many places that I’ve been to sometimes are standoffish, or they even question the validity of the story being told. But not Bryan, he did exactly what a manager should do in a situation like this. He didn’t get defensive, he simply said let’s get that taken care of. He didn’t hesitate, he just made sure that I left happy. The comment that I wrote earlier, I wrote because I was upset. I had a very valid reason to be upset. But Bryan really did go above and beyond to make sure that I knew that my business was valued. I appreciate him and I retract my former complaint and if you do come to this dealership, make sure you ask Bryan for a Coke because he has the original ones not the ones with the high fructose corn syrup. More
