Always a pleasure dealing with VW of Naples, this is my 4th purchase, came from Oregon this time to purchase my new Golf R. A majority of the transaction was done over the phone with both Ruben Glamyan and Micky Joy, they both made everything so easy and seamless. Upon arriving at the dealership I was enthusiastically greeted by Ruben, he showed me the car, it was flawless, we did a little paperwork, and I then saw Brandon Headrick in the finance department to finalize everything, easy and flawless process. Prior to Ruben bringing me to the car and going over everything I was greeted by the GM, Micky, and the owner, Brian, they both thanked me for buying from VW of Naples again !!!!
