Reuben was fantastic to work with and helped us to find a car I loved at a price I could afford. I am not a fan of the managers sequestering themselves in there office. It makes the buying process feel like it doesn't matter to anyone aside from Reuben. Nikolas Anastassopoulos tried to play around with the agreed upon price right before we signed the deal. Also was too persistent when trying to sell extended warranties and such. I bought a car outright, negotiated to the top of what I could afford, he should have been able to read the room and know we were not going to add anything else. Given the history I have here I expected a little more of a personal touch from the people above my salesman. Other than Reuben, I am not sure anyone at this dealership cared about the customer experience at all. As long as Reuben is there, I can recommend this dealership. Once he is gone, I am not sure that I will ever do business here again. More
