Visit was for 2 recalls. The repairs did not take as long as estimates which was appreciated. Another recall was identified but parts were not available to address it. # of recalls is a concern. The Service Advisor greeted me immediately as I drove in and wrote up the order immediately and showed me where the waiting lounge was, even though I have been a customer for several years but he made sure and wrote up the order immediately and showed me where the waiting lounge was, even though I have been a customer for several years but he made sure I knew where it was anyway. They had my vehicle in to start the service shortly after i went to the waiting lounge. Service was prompt, complete and my automobile was washed as part of the service. All service greeters had their face masks on and on properly which was comforting to see. I was impressed with all facets of the visit to Boucher Lincoln. ****Just one added note regarding health safety at Boucher Lincoln: I found the service department employees to all be following the Virus health guidelines but when I walked onto the sales floor it was totally different standards. Some sales personnel had no face mask at all visible; some had them on but didn't cover their nose so therefore were ineffective and maybe 2 or 3 was wearing a face mask properly. The Sales floor employees lack of health standards were disturbing. More
