Receptionist flagged one down when we asked yet again for some help after wondering the lot for a bit. Our sales reps Alex and Matt were very nice and helpful except they would not formally hold the car for a day when medical emergency came up even though we were approved for financing through dealer. After second call to manager they held the car. Our pricing also looked a little high and finance adjusted the total down a couple hundred dollars after we asked about it. Maybe perfectly honest mistake but felt a little shady. They did do a great job of cleaning car up and buffing it out though for pickup. More
