Service cross threaded lug nut when doing a tire rotation and wanted to charge $250 to repair it. I’ve only used them to service my vehicle and they claim it’s normal wear and tear. Only Bridgewater Chevro and wanted to charge $250 to repair it. I’ve only used them to service my vehicle and they claim it’s normal wear and tear. Only Bridgewater Chevrolet took the lug nut off and put it on. That’s not normal wear and tear. More

Meets expectations. Service was good and efficient. For tire repair I was under the impression I was getting an inside patch.
