I've heard horror stories from close friends of things going wrong, and promises not kept at other dealers. I most say Brian made himself available to me, and was happy to answer any question I had in a timely fashion, and believe me I had plenty! Our communications covered roughly 2 months. We all know that new vehicles these days are reaching prices that remind us of when we bought our first homes, so deciding to pull the trigger can be very nerve racking for those of us that are NOT impulse buyers. Walked through the features, how to use it, explained the settings on the advanced safety features. Worked a long time to link my phone to the U connect. Upon delivery, there was a small ding in a molding. Brian ordered the part and two days later went to the shop to expedite the repair. This is the second time I got a car from heritage Chrysler Parkville and I been impressed both times. More
