She was super friendly and listened to exactly what I said. She got Jose Perez in sales to assist me, who without skipping a beat drove off to grab the very specific vehicle I wanted to see even though it would take him 15-20 mins to do so. I took the Pilot for a spin, loved it and then Jose got me a great deal on it! Make sure to ask for Jose when you go in if you want to work with a helpful customer service oriented guy who will get you an awesome deal on a car you actually want. Day of pickup was also phenomenal. Gabe who I came to find out had only been there a few weeks delivered an informative walk around for my wife and I. I assumed he’d been there years based on his level of service. Brian Rae in the finance office got us a phenomenal rate that my bank couldn’t even touch. He was responsive and patient throughout the whole process. Not sure if you can request a specific business manager, but if you can ask for Brian. This whole team is top notch and I figured out why while I was there. The GM Greg Johnson leads by example and gives an above and beyond level of service. I was lucky enough to chat with him during the process and he clearly hires with a purpose and to a high standard. Sorry this is so long, but I currently own several vehicles and have dealt with so many forgettable people and these guys stand out!
