He took the time to let me test drive, answer all my questions, and provided all the pricing to purchase and/or Lease. When I said I can't buy it today but would need to come back in two days the response was the best I have ever had in 26yrs of car purchases: "No problem we are here when you are ready" The outstanding customer experience continued all the way thru driving the car home. I had a technician spend 30 minutes going over the car and syncing my phone and when I had questions after getting the car home, my sales rep was prompt to respond within minutes. This will be the first dealership I will go to in the future for a new car and one that I will recommend highly. More
