Sure the salesman has a job to do, but he also didn't try to put me into something I didn't like or couldn't afford. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted, the entire team got to work to make it happen. Ed & Jim took the time to introduce themselves to me. Ken showed me how to operate everything in the car and Brian made the financing part go quick & smooth. The salesman, Steve, top notch! I didn't make my purchase on my first visit, but he was the reason I went back. If all of Lester Glenn's employees are as well trained and courteous as the team at this location, you should get your next car from them. More

Carmine was fantastic. From his demeanor to his honesty, there was nothing that made me want to leave. He was as excited as I was to help me purchase my 2017 Jeep Wrangler sport. Nothing was shoved down my throat and they didn't ask me for my car keys to appraise my vehicle for trade. For starters an extended Test Drive of the vehicle I was interested in was no problem.. The way we discussed the price of the car was refreshing, no haggling back and forth, just a discussion of how the internet price was already deeply discounted and what the bottom line price would be. Steve made sure all my questions were answered. I asked for a few different finance options and again this was not a problem. I was able to choose the terms I wanted and at a rate that was lower than I expected. My experience with Finance Manager Brian Reeves was also exceptional Brian explained the finance and other options very professionally and helped me complete the necessary paperwork in an efficient manner. Possibly the best back end experience I have ever had buying or leasing a vehicle. Finally, I worked with Ken Spinelli who helped me learn ab out my new vehicle and pair my phone to the car's Blutooth System. Again an awesome experience. I look forward to working with Steve, Brian and Ken in the future. I would certainly refer other friends and family. More

Sales Manager, Ed Fiorvante, was very helpful in explaining everything and made sure we got the best deal possible. Finance Manager, Brain Reeves, made things quick and easy so we could get in and out in a timely manner. They were even accommodating to my two year old.
