Bought my second car from Kia Suntrup for two reasons. 1.) Tony Haman the salesman who sold me my car. He is down to earth knowledgeable and straight forward. 2.) My recent service experience was in a single word, AWFUL! I made an appointment for 4 service items, they only did 1. It took them 2 hours for an "Express" oil change which begs the question, how long for I made an appointment for 4 service items, they only did 1. It took them 2 hours for an "Express" oil change which begs the question, how long for a regular oil change? They sent me 3 service reminders that listed my work order for oil change, state emission, tire rotation and battery test. The service department only did the oil change. Not professional or acceptable! More
