Great teamwork The salesman Brian was awesome. He is an excellent salesman. He told me he wasn't gonna let me leave without getting a car and sure enough I left with The salesman Brian was awesome. Prior to coming to this dealership, I had visited 2 other dealerships and I left without getting a vehicle but Brian was very helpful, he cares and he made sure I understood what I needed to know which I very much appreciated. Help needed because of problems with newly purchased vehicle * SD card was not installed when we purchased new vehicle. The technician fixed this. * Unlike our previous vehicle, onstar in the 2019 Malibu does * SD card was not installed when we purchased new vehicle. The technician fixed this. * Unlike our previous vehicle, onstar in the 2019 Malibu does not work in the country area where we live, because GM changed from satellite to AT&T towers. Service dept could not fix this. * The seatbelt cannot be adjusted when needed. It goes across my neck instead of staying at the shoulder position. Service dept said there was nothing they could do. I later purchased a Seatbelt Strap Adjuster online. GM should offer this accessory to buyers, if they are not going to install some kind of adjustment in the car. * We asked the service dept to check the headlights, and were told the lights are adjusted correctly. As they are, the headlights cast a shadow ahead of the vehicle. This gives the illusion there is an object in the road, and is very distracting. It is especially bad when going around curves or down hills. Bottom LIne -- are we evaluating the people in the service dept or the car? I suppose the people did as much as they could, but the car seems to have several flaws, compared to other Chevrolets we have owned. *Regarding the salesman, Brian seemed to make every effort to find a car that met our needs, but it turns out he really did not know much about the vehicle. He did not tell us that GM recommends premium gas for the Malibu, as stated in the owner's manual; or that onstar is no longer provided by satellite. Both of these things are very important to us. More

Great Experience Great Service Advisor (Kim). She was very knowledgeable on what they was going to do for the recall. Car was done in less time than I was original Great Service Advisor (Kim). Very pleased with her communication with me. Would definitely recommend her and Jim Butler Chevrolet. More

A little help, please I am going to have to spend over a $1000.00 to get my 2019 Trax fixed. Did not have intruction on how to fix scratches, so I made a mess. I am not ask I am going to have to spend over a $1000.00 to get my 2019 Trax fixed. Did not have intruction on how to fix scratches, so I made a mess. I am not asking for all of it to be paid, however, some help would be nice. I have bought two vehicles from Jim Butler, 2014 Sonic and 2019 Trax. Loved them both. There is two chips on my new Trax hood when I bought it and nothing could be done about it. My New Trax had 2500 miles and I still paid full price, and no Cruise Control, I just assumed that a 2019 would have it. I just feel sad I did not pay more attention. I know this may sound like I am venting, probably so, however, all of this does not make me feel very good. Maybe Next time I will bring one of male friends with me. Thank you, Carol Jackson More

Leased car turn in to drive out in new car. I turned in my leased car and drove out in my new car -- all done in one afternoon. The car that I wanted was on the lot and it was just a matter of a I turned in my leased car and drove out in my new car -- all done in one afternoon.
