New vehicle purchase I gave them what payments I was willing to pay and they made it happen. I really didn't think they could. Didn't leave them with much to work with. Parts overcharge I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Spark from Jim Butler and was extremely satisfied with the purchase experience. My comments about the parts department ar I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Spark from Jim Butler and was extremely satisfied with the purchase experience. My comments about the parts department arent quite as nice. I was in the dealership last week and asked for some touchup paint as I found a small spot that needed to be fixed. The gentleman in the parts department was very professional and told m e that they didnt have the color I needed and he would have to order it.....in addition, he said when it came in there would be no charge since the car was so new and I bought it there. When the paint arrived and i went to pick it up, i was told it was 24.99.....I explained to him that I was told it would be free, he said he knew nothing about that, so needless to say, i ended up paying the 24.99......the parts department handled this very poorly in my opinion. Would definitely buy another vehicle here, just ensure that all paperwork and “we owes” are completed before signing for purchase or lease. More

Top notch start to finish I went into Jim Butler for an oil change. Jim the service tech was very honest and budget conscious of the services I should do, great guy. Figured si I went into Jim Butler for an oil change. Jim the service tech was very honest and budget conscious of the services I should do, great guy. Figured since I had time to kill, I’d inquire on trading in my vehicle for something new. Well, after one of the best experiences from both Brian Ries and Kelly Roussin on a great deal (according to EVERYONE I’ve told of the experience) I left with a new 2019 Trax. When I bought my first Jim Butler car I swore they’d have my business and they did. And hopefully I’ll get others to give them THEIR business. More
