We were car shopping that day and our first stop was here and then continued on we ended up coming back here because of the customer service was so much better than anywhere else we went and that made our buying experience worth the investment. They were honest and hasslefree and took the time to explain and work the numbers together to understand what works best for us. Even when we left that day not ready to purchase, we did not feel pressured to make a decision and that was comforting. When we did decide and go back the rest of the process was seamless. Finance was stress free and the ease of the IPad Pro made all the signing quick and painless! mike did a fantastic job of walking us through all the features of the MDX, and we never felt rushed. Mike was patient and very knowledgeable from step 1 of the process. An added bonus is that he is an all around personable guy; he made jokes and really listened to my questions and comments/concerns. When we began the process of doing the deal, Mike was honest and willing to work with us. He brought in Pete, the general manager, to work with us to meet our needs. When we began the final step of leasing the car, Mike took the time to go over each function and make sure it was set up exactly as I wanted it. He stayed past closing to show me numerous features in the car. I left feeling really great about my experience, and feeling very well taken care of. Then I dealt with Mike Uhlman and James Merrill who were accommodating in my desire to "test drive" the MDX for a night. They didn't pressure me in to making a deal and were willing to help find the right price point for me. Very nice, thorough and responsive.
