I reached out Schaller Acura in regards to a pre-owned 2015 Acura TLX. I was quickly contacted by Rachel from the online department who informed me the Acura is still available and set up a time to visit. 2015 Acura TLX. Upon my visit I was greeted by Jabari, whom was prepared by my visit and already had the vehicle pulled up and running. After an informative overview of all the vehicle functions I enjoyed a solo test drive and was able to determine this was the right vehicle for me. When I arrived back at the dealership Jabari clearly communicated finance options, warranty information, and additional services Schaller Acura provides. I then met with Brian the finance manager whom reached out to my personal bank upon my request to secure financing. The best part is everything got completed the same day and I got to drive home my "new to me" Acura TLX. The entire staff I worked with was extremely quick to assist me with all my needs and Jabari is very knowledgeable about the product line and I couldn't be any happier with my experience! More
