I really appreciated Brian showing me the entire dealership and introducing the Service Advisors. You can tell he takes pride in the entire dealership and recognizes that service after the sale is important too. I feel confident I can reach out to Brian with questions about my new vehicle and he will be just as helpful. Dave Dau was also easy to work with as we completed the financial transaction. He was open in explaining options and transparent throughout the process. Warranty options were presented but I never felt uncomfortable choosing some options but declining others. Brian and Dave represent the best elements of working with a smaller town dealership; they treat you with honesty, respect and integrity. I felt like with both Brian and Dave we could do business with a handshake! On a side note; the City Ford facility is immaculate. The service waiting area is awesome and the restrooms are way cleaner than restaurants! Kind of an unexpected observation in a car shop but one that sends a signal about how City does business. More
