Vince (my salesman) was very knowledgeable about the MDX I was purchasing. I liked his salesmanship. The young man that went over my warranty and options to purchase additional warranty’s was very pr I was purchasing. I liked his salesmanship. The young man that went over my warranty and options to purchase additional warranty’s was very professional, not pushy, but let me know there was clearly a value in purchasing additional warranty’s. Alan is always amazing. I could not be happier with the recent service I received at Shottenkirk Acura Service! My car unexpectedly had an electrical issue and Alan had it e I could not be happier with the recent service I received at Shottenkirk Acura Service! My car unexpectedly had an electrical issue and Alan had it evaluated within 30 minutes, gave me a call to reassure me it was an easy fix. A couple of days wait for the necessary part, and my TLX running again. We highly recommend them! More

Brian and the service department surpassed my expectations. We had an appointment but arrived 15 minutes early.
