Dropped off my 2023 Integra with little issue.
I was offered a shuttle ride home. Sat in the waiting room. After an hour, I realized my car was not in the shop but sitting outside. I thought m
I was offered a shuttle ride home. Sat in the waiting room. After an hour, I realized my car was not in the shop but sitting outside. I thought maybe they were waiting to speak to technical support. After a total of 2 hours, I asked about the shuttle. I was told they would have it here in 10 minutes. Then I was told my car was actually ready if I wanted to take it. Multiple people came in after me and left before I did. Few to no updates are provided, which is typically for this dealership and service center.
They were not able to fix the software issue and said that it needed an "Over-the-Air" update, which should be coming out soon.
