I love this job because I know each time my customers leave, they get the same experience I as a customer expect. I value the trust and lifelong friendships that I have formed with my customers over the past 7 years. Every day I come to work I strive to instill trust, bring more smiles, and continue to form lasting relationships with each customer I am able to service.

Kind staff, always interested in ensuring their guests (customers or not) are taken care of and provided any information necessary. Long time service customer, and a happy one at that. My car salesman and tech guy were great and I really appreciate the work they put in to try and find the best deal for the situation I was in. They were knowledge and attentive to my needs as a customer appreciate the work they put in to try and find the best deal for the situation I was in. They were knowledge and attentive to my needs as a customer. I had to give up my Tacoma due to a move overseas where I couldn't take it. I didn't want to sell, but downsizing was my only option...but the sales rep worked me through a good plan and set up with a VW Golf. There are a few things I didn't appreciate though, and it was my coordination with the finance rep (can't find name in list below to rate). While he seems to be a nice enough guy, I felt he was very aggressive with his sales tactics and didn't seem to understand my situation, which could have been solved if he talked to the sales rep before having me sign contracts. It felt like I was being extremely pressured into buying the gap insurance by using fear tactics as leverage to get me to buy. Things like saying my safety was on the line and I could get in real trouble financially if I don't buy (even though I'm confident my insurance USAA would easily take care of me) If he had taken the time to know how hard it was for me to sell my truck, I think he would have done better with his sales portion. I ended up regretting buying the gap insurance after leaving the dealership, and the only reason why I caved was to get him to stop pressuring me to buy. It did not make me feel good at the end of the day. Also, after the purchase of my car and I was cleaning out my truck, I noticed a huge scratch on the left passenger door. I had rinsed off my car that morning and it was not there during that time. Somewhere in the process of the sale, my truck got dinged and that is frustrating. I just hope it didn't affect my final sale. Lastly, I've had to take my new car to the shop already because Android auto would not work and there was an issue with the display hud. Now it is in the shop for at least two more days. The people in the service department where great to work with though, and they are doing everything they can to get my car working again. Overall, everything was a pretty good experience...just some frustrating moments with finance and the car display not working. More

I have no doubt, that their commitment to their customers and the quality of work is the reason that they have been there for years (I have worked with the same service advisor for 20 years!) and will continue to be there. Thank you for your great work! More

I left several specific items to check during my oil change. Not only did they check the items; I received a video and a verbal phone call with updates. I was talked into adding GAP protection after I intended to decline it. After speaking some more with the finance guy, I opted to add it with the understanding I could cancel it if I decided I wanted to. Two days after signing papers; I returned to sign the GAP cancellation paperwork. It has been over 8 weeks, several calls, and two trips to the dealership concerning this issue since the phone number to the business office began to ring until it disconnected on my final 8 to 10 attempts. Finally I was called and given verbal confirmation from OKC- VW, the dealership, that the money would finally be refunded on the last Friday in February and still no refund of the GAP premium a week later. Some of the calls they suggested I call the actual company that provided the GAP coverage since that company had to 1st cancel the policy before a refund could be made. After one call that company gave me the date it was cancelled and said the dealership would need to refund me. I called VW credit to verify there was no delay on their posting of the refund as well since someone in the business office suggested that may be the issue as well. The issue has always been with the dealership which is frustrating since I spent unnecessary time chasing my proverbial tail based on the dealership's suggestions when they could have easily checked and seen they had never issued the refund. Just to be clear my Passat, my sales experience and service experience was great but the odds of me ever buying another Volkswagen has dropped to practically zero at this point. More
