I was pretty disappointed in my experience. The dealership didn’t have the parts that I needed to get work done. The estimates I were given were very high. When I declined the services that wer The dealership didn’t have the parts that I needed to get work done. The estimates I were given were very high. When I declined the services that were recommended to me, I was charged TWO diagnostic fees totaling $350. Overall, I got an oil change (with no change of fuel filter since the dealership didn’t have any) that cost almost $540. Diagnostic fees were never discussed when I dropped off my vehicle, so it came as a complete surprise when I was charged those fees. When I asked Brian about the fees, he was a bit “stand-offish”. A little communication would have gone a long way. Our last communication was at 10:52 in the morning. At 4:20 that afternoon, I finally reached out to see when my Jeep would be ready to pick up, since they were only doing an oil change. They responded that it was ready to pick up. That was pretty frustrating since I now had to scramble to get to the dealership by the time they closed at 5:00. Overall, very frustrating. More
