I drive 1 hour to have my vehicle serviced at Auto Star in Waynesville. The service is always great and the people are just awesome. They take the time to talk to you and explain everything. Unlike our previous experience, once they had our vehicle ( jeep JK) they were very unresponsive and kept it 14days..had to call numerous times, very rarely got a live person, left messages, no text vehicle ( jeep JK) they were very unresponsive and kept it 14days..had to call numerous times, very rarely got a live person, left messages, no text returns. Then after waiting 8 days, our vehicle was behind others to get worked on which delayed it further. Tech told us they dropped a piece into the engine and couldn't get it out, so they had to scope it, and charged us for this error. Took it here because they're a Jeep service center, but not again.
