Unlike our previous experience, once they had our
vehicle ( jeep JK) they were very unresponsive and kept it 14days..had to call numerous times, very rarely got a live person, left messages, no text

Then after waiting 8 days, our vehicle was behind others to get worked on which delayed it further. Tech told us they dropped a piece into the engine and couldn't get it out, so they had to scope it, and charged us for this error. Took it here because they're a Jeep service center, but not again.
