Excellent customer service with a smile. After a long day of car shopping and disappointing salesmen, we made one last stop at Del Toyota in Thorndale. We were greeted immediately by Derek. H After a long day of car shopping and disappointing salesmen, we made one last stop at Del Toyota in Thorndale. We were greeted immediately by Derek. He sat and asked what we were looking for and went a found us the new Rav 4 we ended up purchasing. He was amazing as was everybody else involved in the process. He took the time and showed us and explained in detail every feature and aspect of the car. Had I know how smoothly and easy the process was going to be we would not have even shopped anywhere else. If you are in eastern PA there is no other Toyota dealership you should stop at. More

Customer Service Can't be beat! The team at Del Toyota were amazing at not only finding me my dream car, but also working out the price I could afford. We were traveling from out of The team at Del Toyota were amazing at not only finding me my dream car, but also working out the price I could afford. We were traveling from out of state to get this certain vehicle and Nikki was amazing at working with us to make sure the majority of the paperwork was completed so we could just sign the papers with a deal in place! Daniel took us on a nice test drive and showed us the main features of the car and was committed to making this an overall enjoyable experience. Don was the HYBRID MASTER, he taught me everything I needed to know about the car and how to use it to its full potential, you could tell he was really passionate about his work. Sean finished up the paper work, explained the fine print, and sealed the deal. I would definitely buy from here again or recommend it to others. More
