Robert Cavalieri has really made this experience pleasant- AGAIN “ In 2016 I dealt with Robert in which he provided excellent service.... and he did it once again this year” Robert, takes the time to listen to what you want.. and delivers every time. The staff... Hon in finance was great , he took the time to explain any questions that I needed answered.. and Brian Valentine .. one of the most important associates that I need at the end of the purchase... the technical Guy” I have to commend Circle for providing knowledgeable associates like Brian Valentine- Brian has the technical ability to review all the new features in the car ( and the patience of a saint) I am sure there are many customers like myself that need his training to feel comfortable enough to leave the parking lot” Remember........ Mr Cavalieri had been so patient with my indecisiveness and was always very prompt with replies in emails . We went thru like 5 or 6 cars until i finally got one, i can't thank him enough. Then the walk to Mr Fung's office , once again he spent much time explaining all the choices to me that helped me make what i thought was the right choice for me. Mr Valentine had been always there at the end of the visit to explain everything old and new in the car, a real BMW Genius . I still learn a few new things each time . Thank you again Circle BMW .
