Professional and got me an allocation for an in-demand car when another dealer could not. Even though I was on the younger side, I was taken seriously and felt appreciated. I could not ask for a better Dealership. I have been with Circle BMW for over 10 years and have had nothing but excellent service in caring for my vehicles. Starting with Robert Datri, Ser I have been with Circle BMW for over 10 years and have had nothing but excellent service in caring for my vehicles. Starting with Robert Datri, Service Manager and working with Raymond Wagner, Service Advisor each time my vehicle needed service. Unfortunately my car was in an accident and needed to be replaced. Working very hard on my behalf was James Hirsch, Client Advisor. With his help and guidance, I was able to purchase a BMW X3. I could not be more satisfied with working with everyone involved in making sure I got the car I needed and a smooth transaction. Finally, Brian Valentine was very patient with me as we went through a lot of the computer systems that the X3 offers. More to learn and he is there to help. So thank you Circle BMW for the wonderful staff you have to make a difficult situation much easier and seamless. More
