The worst service department It took 3 months to fix a radio. Yes folks I repeat a radio. When it finally was fixed after multiple uncomfortable visits to their location feeling l It took 3 months to fix a radio. Yes folks I repeat a radio. When it finally was fixed after multiple uncomfortable visits to their location feeling like I was an annoyance, I found my glove box door broken. I opened it and it fell apart. A technician had to confirm this and never apologized or admitted it was their fault. This place never takes responsibility for their mistakes and never apologizes for the fact that you would have to come about 6 or 7 times until they could fix a radio. I will never, ever, ever, buy another vehicle at this dealership again. I warn anyone who is considering buying from then to consider the fact they may have to deal with the service center and it will not be pleasant. They are incompetent, unapologetic and you will receive the worse customer service ever. They have an "F" on the BBB website. I wish I would have checked that out before buying from them. More

First oil change with a lease. I appreciated how quickly the process was, from the valet receiving my vehicle in a friendly manner, to the courteousness of the service desk. Coming I appreciated how quickly the process was, from the valet receiving my vehicle in a friendly manner, to the courteousness of the service desk. Coming from Paragon honda for my previous vehicle, this was a DREAM. Getting my car back in under an hour was incredible. The only complaint...the PRICE! $100 dollars for an oil change? Come on now... may have to check out a mom and pop shop next time simply because of the price. Other then that though, great experience. More

got the job done Guy who took car seemed annoyed I didnt know exactly if problem was with wheels allignment or engine. Told him I dont know cars I think engine my brot Guy who took car seemed annoyed I didnt know exactly if problem was with wheels allignment or engine. Told him I dont know cars I think engine my brother thinks tires & his response was well which one is it. I replied i dont know that's why its here. Once car was ready I came to pick it up & they lost my car & keys. After about 2 1/2 hours I gave them my second key to look for my car & they found it. Was contacted later on they found my key, I asked to have the manager contact me back regarding. I went a week later to pick up key & spoke to manager who was not notified about what had happened but was super nice & apologetic. He is definitely the reason I will come back as he assured me that has never happened before & wont again. More
