I came in not expecting to make a deal, but I was blown away by the way Brian handled everything. This is the second time working with City VW and it was another good experience. Signing paper work only took about 45 minutes, but the preparation of the paperwork took a very long time, resulting in long another good experience. Signing paper work only took about 45 minutes, but the preparation of the paperwork took a very long time, resulting in long wait time to get out the door. I was there from 9:15AM-1:44PM. However, the team is very nice and thorough. I’d also highly recommend Brian West. Brian was friendly, professional, very patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Made the process smooth and helped me get the car I really wanted. More
