I found the vehicle I wanted on the web, my wife test drove it and said that it was "the one" for her. Brian Wiles, our sales consultant, was exemplary in every facet of the transaction. He allowed my Type A wife to have the freedom she needed to explore the vehicle as much as she needed. Brian is a totally laid back dude, no pressure at all. That makes the buying experience so much easier. I generally prefer private party sales, but Brian made it so easy with upfront fees and prices that I was happy to give my business to Brian and Keffer VW. Kudos also to Sean Bartol in Finance.
