When I took my new Atlas in for its first oil change, I was planning on paying $100+. My service technician said it was free and came with my factory warranty. Don't buy a Volkswagen in Charlotte!!! Go to Huntersville and see Brian Wiles. I shopped 4 dealerships for a lease on a 2019 Jetta. South Charlotte VW, Carolina VW in Charlotte, Hendrick Go to Huntersville and see Brian Wiles. I shopped 4 dealerships for a lease on a 2019 Jetta. South Charlotte VW, Carolina VW in Charlotte, Hendrick VW in Concord, as well as Keffer in Huntersville. The first three came in $25 to $40 higher per month than Keffer. All dealerships were told that we were shopping several stores. I spoke with all several times on the phone. They were all given multiple opportunities to sell us the car. No one came close to the Keffer offer. I asked Brian Wiles for an incentive to drive to Hunterville and he obliged. Not only that, but they located the color we wanted, which they did not have in inventory, and got the car right away. This adds to the dealer's expense. They did not try to raise the price. Lastly, when we arrived, the car had an additional option package that we were not expecting. And again, they did not try to raise the price. So they not only delivered the best price, they delivered a better car. Intelligent buyers know to shop for a car on the internet and over the phone before visiting any dealer. These guys made it very easy. They had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived. We were out the door in under an hour, and that's because we were chatting. These are nice people. Good luck. I have never had to bring one of my Volkswagens back to Keffer Service because some service was not performed or issue resolved. Their prices are competitive and always offer monthly specials and/or coupons. After buying my 2013 Touareg, I could not find a maintenance schedule for my vehicle, but without hesitation, Justin Beardsley, the Service Manager, printed me one from his computer and explained the maintenance needs for my VW. That is the sort of customer relations that have inspired my loyalty for so long. There is a VW dealership 10 minutes away from my home, but I commute an hour away to trust my VW with Keffer. I have nothing but praise to say for the service team at Keffer. More

Great Service! Thank You Seeram!!! My van's check engine light was on and I brought it to the service dept at Keffer. Seeram Kirpaul was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the My van's check engine light was on and I brought it to the service dept at Keffer. Seeram Kirpaul was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue along with a few other things found. All was covered under my extended warranty and he explained to me how all that worked. Even though it did take a few days for them to get the parts and the work completed it was not a problem at all, as they gave me one of there courtesy vehicles to drive. The service Manager Justin runs a great team! I am super thankful for the quality customer service and work done! Would recommend!! More
