If I could leave 10 stars I would! In an age where customer service is hard to come by, Danny takes the lead of making sure his customers are fully taken care of. He not only brings his extreme care and expertise, he makes sure everything works out and brings incredible value to the customer. I’ve been working with Mazda of Elk Grove since 2020 when I bought my car, and every-time I look forward to working with Danny knowing I don’t have to worry about a thing. Recently I had to replace my transmission (I drive a ton for work!) and where this could usually be a stressful situation, Danny made sure everything would work out just fine. He was able to get the transmission from Japan to ship a month sooner and had it installed quickly with delicate care. I never had to worry about a rental car, Danny made sure I had a loaner the entire time free of charge, and this took away the major pressure I could have had since I needed a backup vehicle for work. Aside the transmission work, if something failed under warranty, he would have me covered, along with any normal service I needed over the lifespan of this car. I’ve had many cars before and have worked with other dealers, and I’m happy to say I don’t need to go anywhere else, I know I’ll be taken care of here. I run a business myself and I can recognize quality care, and when Danny takes the lead I have nothing to worry about knowing I’ll be done right. More

I had an appointment scheduled for oil change and tire rotation 4/4 at 9am. I arrived on time, it was done by 1010am, not bad. This was a complementary oil change and I’m looking forward to scheduling my rotation 4/4 at 9am. I arrived on time, it was done by 1010am, not bad. This was a complementary oil change and I’m looking forward to scheduling my next appointment. Also, I never had a tire pressure warning until after the appointment. Not sure if it’s a coincidence but I’m hesitant to ask anything bc it didn’t appear until the next day (it’s been persistent, can’t figure it out yet). Overall, Brianna at the counter was excellent in customer service and knowledgeable to have all my questions answered. There was a young man I troubled with questions as he was straightening out the lobby. He came back with a printout with a thorough explanation. Thank you Mazda. 4/14/26 Bernice More

I’ve experienced nothing but the absolute best here at elk Grove Mazda I dealt with Vanesa in Sales. She was not pushing at all. She was very transparent. The moment I walked in she helped me she even responds to text messages when she’s not at work regarding concerns or things that I’m hoping to get on my car she does not ignore you and she’s always extremely professional the manager Shea. She was outstanding. She helped me with a concern. I had shortly after I bought the car and it was handled correctly. No questions asked finance is also amazing. Everybody at this dealership has been great service department. Brianna and service is absolutely amazing. Also, thank you for the help and treating me like family. More

Briana and the rest of the team were great from the beginning and throughout the whole two month duration of my service. They were kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and kept me informed with status upda beginning and throughout the whole two month duration of my service. Briana worked with me to ensure I received a loaner vehicle comparable in size to mine and then later helped transition me into a hybrid when gas prices increased. Mazda's flexibility, communication, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier and I greatly appreciate it! More
