Brought car in late afternoon and was told it would likely be ready by noon the next day, it wasn't and no one called or update me. So I called at 3:36 pm and was told the car was just being taken into the mechanics bay. I've been what I considered a good customer. I purchased a new 2016 CX9 signature and then 7 years later a new 2023 CX50 meridian edition. I've always used Elk Grove Mazda for ALL my cars needs, including OEM parts like windshield wipers, etc.... I also came back to Elk Grove Mazda because of the amazing service experience I've received but over the past 2-3 years, that had changed and I've heard the ownership has changed and can only assume that's why my customer service experience has declined. More
