I started my business with San Tan by inquiring over the internet. Erica was quick to respond. We quickly settled on a price, except it was late on a Friday. We decided on coming in the following morning and Erica was there promptly! She even passed on eating her breakfast so that she could take care of us and our needs! Total SUPERSTAR! I work in Sales, have my whole career. She's got the winning combo of professionalism, humor, attentive to details, and clearly dedicated. When I come back to buy my next vehicle, I expect she will have been promoted well within your ranks. Steve in Finance was also a gem. Very professional and well spoken. Clearly he is where he belongs. My total experience was actually the best experience I've had buying a car. We drove 50 miles each way and I'll be glad to do it on my next purchase. Y'all win! More

The sales people are awesome. The service center not so great. My 2020 Ford Escape was in your service department for 3 1/2 months for a bad transmission. I had it for one month. When I picked my car u great. My 2020 Ford Escape was in your service department for 3 1/2 months for a bad transmission. I had it for one month. When I picked my car up after it was fixed. They brought my car out to me filthy inside and out. It looked 5 yrs old. I dropped it off shiney and new. I was very disappointed and upset. Now there is a recall on the view rear camera. Not happy. Eric Paget did not care. More
