As usual everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. Most notably was Ernesto who extended himself to ensure that a problem I was having with my vehicle was resolved to my satisfaction. professional. Brianna also stood out as a point of contact person who responded as you'd always hope to see in customer service but don't see too often other places. This dealership is not only the best Subaru dealership I have been too but the best car dealership. Great staff, services and amenities. Even staff that aren't taking care of me stop and say," Hey Doug how have been too but the best car dealership. Great staff, services and amenities. Even staff that aren't taking care of me stop and say," Hey Doug how are things?" When its a long service they either give me a loner or give me a ride home and back to the shop for free. Promised when I bought the Ram Truck that your service department would be able to perform any and all maintenance. Was told flat out that the service department was incapable and would not service my Ra department would be able to perform any and all maintenance. Never will do any business in the future with Granite Subaru and will tell everyone I know of their deceptive practices. More

The staff were very helpful in making options and choices for a vehicle easy to understand. The effort to purchase and get through the paperwork with the finance office was easy and clear. One feature I re for a vehicle easy to understand. The effort to purchase and get through the paperwork with the finance office was easy and clear. One feature I really loved was the service they offered to bring the car back after a week of driving it so a technical expert could walk us through all the electronic features and digital improvements to the car. That was a great help and well worth the investment in time. I feel more confident driving the car knowing how to make it work. More

In general, I am very pleased with the personnel and service I receive from Granite Subaru. One minor problem that seems to recur is that following an oil change, the wrong sticker is applied to my win service I receive from Granite Subaru. One minor problem that seems to recur is that following an oil change, the wrong sticker is applied to my windshield, and unfortunately, I don't notice it until I get home. At that point, I have to turn around and go back to the dealership to get a corrected sticker. It is a minor inconvenience, but nevertheless, an inconvenience. More
