Hello, Hello, Hello, In my 39 years of being in the Highline Automobile industry I have been fortunate to represent Mercedes-Benz, Acura and Lexus. I started my customer service sales career in Savannah Ga. at Critz Mercedes-Benz / BMW. I moved to Atlanta in 1989 and worked for Atlanta Classic Cars Mercedes-Benz from 1989 to 2006. Most recently I worked for Hennessy Lexus. I am very proud and honored to be back with Mercedes-Benz at RBM of Alpharetta! Britt was extremely helpful in our purchase of our new Mercedes GLE 450. We had visited 2 other dealerships, and we decided to drop in to RBM with the hopes of finding what we were looking for. Britt intr Mercedes GLE 450. We had visited 2 other dealerships, and we decided to drop in to RBM with the hopes of finding what we were looking for. Britt introduced himself and spent hours with us as we walked the lot and test drove several models. Being indecisive about two models, he educated us on the differences of the two models, and was able to answer all questions we asked about the cars. We trusted him, as his knowledge of the models was impeccable! We made a second appointment with him to handle the finite details of vehicle color, wheel preference, and interior detailing. He was determined to get us in the car we wanted down to every detail. Britt was instrumental in making the purchase transaction smooth and easy with the trade in of our older Merceds into the new vehicle. We will purchase from him again for our next vehicle! More
