Hello, Hello, Hello, In my 39 years of being in the Highline Automobile industry I have been fortunate to represent Mercedes-Benz, Acura and Lexus. I started my customer service sales career in Savannah Ga. at Critz Mercedes-Benz / BMW. I moved to Atlanta in 1989 and worked for Atlanta Classic Cars Mercedes-Benz from 1989 to 2006. Most recently I worked for Hennessy Lexus. I am very proud and honored to be back with Mercedes-Benz at RBM of Alpharetta! Britt Kaminsky is, in my book, rated a 10 on a 5-point scale! He actually assisted me when my original contact had a conflict for my appointment. Britt stepped in and immediately treated me like an old friend. He was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Britt took me for a pleasurable test drive, all the while educating me about my CPO GLC300. He stayed past store closing to help me close my deal, as I was anxious to have this vehicle as my own. Upon delivery, Britt walked me through all the steps and conducted a "professional photo shoot" for me to share with all my friends : ). I had a minor issue that was addressed as top priority by Brett, Daice, and the service manager. This is when the team really shined! Brett immediately engaged support and followed up with me 4 times over the next 24 hours. Count me as a happy RBM of Alpharetta customer who will be sending her friends your way!! More

I met Britt by calling into the dealership uncertain about which Mercedes series I really wanted. Britt was very patient with me and treated me like I was his only client. Britt is thorough, a master of the process and he answered all our questions. We looked at other MB dealerships in our area as well as out of state. No one wanted to spend the time to make sure our needs were being met; they tried selling us what THEY thought we wanted. We drove 6 hours to buy from Britt because he listened to us and was very conscientious.
