good job I walked into the Lithia and asked for a salesperson, and I was lucky to meet Thane Lange. I explained to him the car that I was looking for and told I walked into the Lithia and asked for a salesperson, and I was lucky to meet Thane Lange. I explained to him the car that I was looking for and told him the deal that I would like to receive. Guess what? After 90 minutes, I was walking out the dealer with my new car. He is professional and a great person to negotiate with. Brittany Pierce processed the paper work, and she went over every piece paper and explained everything throughly. Two days after I purchased the RAV4, I went to the service department and to my surprise the front desk guy( did not get his name) welcomed me with my last name, that show me the this guys takes pride in his job and remembers customers names which is a nice way to do business. Overall my experience was excellent due to workers in this company. People like this make a company look good. More

Exceptional Service We had an absolutely stellar experience working with Madison when we were in. We came in about 6:30 took a probably longer than normal test drive as w We had an absolutely stellar experience working with Madison when we were in. We came in about 6:30 took a probably longer than normal test drive as we needed to ensure that we didn't have any issues on the interstate verses just in town since that would be where the primary mileage would come from. When we got back we were sure that we wanted it and Madison got the process going. We ended up being there till about 9:30 but not because of any issues just normal process to get everything approved and done. From Madison getting everything going, Michael getting everything approved and Brittany finishing up the papers it was a flawless and easy process. Additionally we had our 3 year old with us (I know what were we thinking!) and Madison entertained him basically the entire time while we were waiting for approvals and sitting to sign the paper work. Madison is now considered our little ones "car friend". :) More
