My experience and rating in the last 7 months is as follows; Sales - A / They are not pushy and they follow up in a very nice way. They also make sure that you are familiar with all car options. Parts - A / Very good service when asking for parts Service - A+ / Very good, they follow up on how is the vehicle doing Finance- C minus / After they sell, they do not care any more about the client. Hope you finance your car with your own bank. Forget about Subaru financing via Chase. So, I'm giving 4 stars, just because the finance department is not to standards as the other departments, really needs improvement. More
