The sunroof drain line from my 2023 X3 when installed by manufacturer was ran back into the car underneath floor mats and flooded car. Over the last 10 years I have purchased two cars from Autohaus BMW and have used their service department exclusively. When I bring my car in for service, I am greeted by name the minute I enter the serv Autohaus BMW and have used their service department exclusively. When I bring my car in for service, I am greeted by name the minute I enter the service bay. All members of the service staff are both courteous and efficient. I love how the technician working on my car will send a short video to inform me of what he is doing and the overall condition of my car. I have always been confident of the quality of the repair or service I receive. More

I was not very pleased with service or advisor. I just had front and rear brakes with rotors and now I need front brakes again.
