Brought car in re car fob issue 3-7. "Service' contact person was Brittany. There were 3 issues to be addressed. 1.) warning indicator as tho I was about to hit something as the car wo "Service' contact person was Brittany. There were 3 issues to be addressed. 1.) warning indicator as tho I was about to hit something as the car would come to a stop, 2.) Car's alarm went off while car was parked in the garage,3.) fob would not open car doors. When I returned I was told 1.) we hear that a lot, something obscuring the sensor, 2.) we show that's happened 10-12 times NOT WHILE SITTING IN THE GARAGE, 3.) the tech didn't have any problem w/ the fob WITH NO EXPLANATION (repeatedly). These fine folks did offer to replace my 20000 miles tires w/ $1500 of new. So believe all these 5 star reviews if you like! More

Wait time for an appointment was over 3 weeks, when I picked up my car and drove off the lot a check engine light came on for a known recall which I thought should have been repaired as part of the servi picked up my car and drove off the lot a check engine light came on for a known recall which I thought should have been repaired as part of the service. Additionally, my extended service contract on file wormy was not reviewed and I ended paying out of pocket for something that may have been covered. Advisor is now checking on coverage after the fact. More

Autohaus BMW immediately leaned forward to help me when I had a tire blowout. They worked me in a packed service schedule quickly, provided a loaner vehicle overnight and had my car ready to pickup by 9am t had a tire blowout. They worked me in a packed service schedule quickly, provided a loaner vehicle overnight and had my car ready to pickup by 9am the next day. From the receptionist who answered my “panic call” to the service advisor and also the service professionals, all made me feel like I was their priority. I don’t see this as a one-time event. Autohaus had treated me very well every time I have dealt with them since 2010. Customer for life. More
