1. Communication with my sevice tech Brittani Weiss was
very bad. The dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks the only time she communicated with me was when I dropped the vehicle off and when it was ready.

2. The service department broke my wheel lugs although they put new wheel lugs on free they didn't replace wheel lock lugs. They stated wheel lock was not in vehicle but had someone called me they where in fact in the vehicle.
3. I was charged a diagnostic fee for a issue that was covered by a warranty of which I was told was covered under warranty. These are the reasons why my experience was not good

Plus the location itself is clean, has an awesome showroom and waiting area, and top tier snacks, which when you are waiting die your car to be serviced it makes the time go by faster. Which, for an oil change at least, it take a little over an hour, which is reasonable, and they will run your car through the wash! My advisor and the tech were fantastic and I loved that they send you a video of your multipoint inspection. Will be returning here for all of my service needs.
