The staff at Autohaus BMW was exceptionally nice and enjoyable to talk to and excellent in their service! The pricing was very reasonable. A special shout out to Brittany my service advisor. Every time I go to this dealership I am blow away by the professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff! Plus the location itself is clean, has an awesome showroom and waiting area, and top t professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff! Plus the location itself is clean, has an awesome showroom and waiting area, and top tier snacks, which when you are waiting die your car to be serviced it makes the time go by faster. Which, for an oil change at least, it take a little over an hour, which is reasonable, and they will run your car through the wash! My advisor and the tech were fantastic and I loved that they send you a video of your multipoint inspection. Will be returning here for all of my service needs. More

I bought my first BMW from autohaus in 2017. The service and treatment has been amazing. I bought my second BMW from autohaus m550I in 2023 same amazing treatment up until my last visit for an o The service and treatment has been amazing. I bought my second BMW from autohaus m550I in 2023 same amazing treatment up until my last visit for an oil change and break fluid change. I was very disappointed on receiving my vehicle back with ivory Iinterior in color with oil on the door handle on the seat on the armrest. Only to have to bring it to their attention to address it. That was very disappointing for me! More

The service was good, but it’s still not the same experience as it was when Linda Schaefer was there. Brittany is great as well and it’s not her fault that there are no loaner cars anymore and it ta experience as it was when Linda Schaefer was there. Brittany is great as well and it’s not her fault that there are no loaner cars anymore and it takes three weeks to get an appointment for service. I moved from Plaza BMW to Autohaus when Linda came there. I have stayed there because the Autohaus service experience has always been good, but it definitely has been slipping the last few years with less loaner cars, longer periods to get appointments and just the overall experience. Linda used to use every resource and coupon to get a discount on whatever service was being done. She also never assumed that we needed to change filters just because it was at the mileage limit and as recommended. She would wait to see what the text said and then let me know. Sometimes it needed it and sometimes it didn’t. It feels like everything is coming from a manual now and you have to have this done no matter what the condition of the particular part is and if it really needs to be changed. It just sounds like that’s the environment that Autohaus operates from now and maybe the others do as well. Brad Mares as a sales person who I bought cars from in the past at Autohaus and recently left to go to West County BMW and is offering incentives to purchase cars and have them serviced there. I’m not considering that right now, but will do so if I have the same feeling over the next year. Brittany and the cashiers are all really nice and the dealership is clean and convenient for me to get there but I just don’t have the same feeling and loyalty like I did when Linda was there. More
