If I could give Justin a worse score I would. I had at least two bad interactions where Justin had dismissed my concerns. But one time I confronted him after he dismissed my concerns again. Two weeks later coming back in for the concerns I had expressed he again proved that his customer service skills had not improved and AGAIN dismissed my concerns. If I decide to use Toyota of Des Moines in the future, I will purposely ask to not have Justin. Even after my 10/10 bad experience with Justin, Brock came in and really turned the experience around. He listened to my concerns and explained them to me. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. So thank you Brock. More

They did a great job replacing my whole power folding passenger mirror on my Lexus SUV. They didn’t care I brought my own part in. The service advisor and tech was wonderful. I have been a Toyota fan for a number of years. Currently have two and a number of trades. Was disappointed at my last trip about remote start that only works occasionally. I have been told by two Toyota employees that it is just a bad design and they often deal with complaints about it. They say I need to subscribe to the app which is not what I purchased. Employees have been great but frustrated there isn't anything they can do about it. Thanks for asking. Harold Good. More
