Outstanding sales representative Brody Hill was a pleasure to work with and quickly responded to every question and request. Although the sales and transaction process by this dealer was 5 stars, our overall rating of the dealership is four stars because of the financing side. The best offer was 7.5 percent when we were able to get 4.5 percent from our credit union. Unfortunately, we were asked for an additional $1000 over the agreed upon price of the car because we used our credit union for the loan. Due to the scarcity of the exact car we wanted (Escape PHEV in a certain color) and pending new car price increases, we accepted the additional $1000. For the financial and business transaction process, the dealer financial representative was condescending, bullying, and dismissive and was the most unpleasant person we have dealt with over many car transactions over the years. After we settled on price, the dealer fees were typical of other dealers in the area. Do factor the fees into your buying decision and the price you negotiate. More
